About the Event

The first of six seasonal gatherings exploring presence, freedom, and relationship through meditation, mustangs, and the land.

Autumn invites discernment: what falls away, and what remains. In this gathering, we explore release without force and holding without grasping. Mustangs offer insight into living with integrity and economy — responding to what is essential and letting the rest go. Through meditation and time with the herd, participants are invited to reflect on what they are ready to shed and what they are choosing to carry forward.

This is an immersive experience, so please bring a simple lunch. We’ll take a relaxed midday break to eat, rest, and enjoy the land.
