About the Event

Held once each quarter, this gathering offers a space of calm, reflection, and connection for those who serve and protect.

Guided by Tyler Czarnowsky, PLPC, a veteran and first responder, and Kit Maxwell, LPC, trauma therapist and equine-assisted coach, participants are invited to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves through meditation, mindfulness, and time with the mustangs.

Each circle includes a guest spotlight from a veteran or first responder organization, a guided meditation experience and the healing sound of singing bowls. The horses and the land hold this space for rest, grounding, and the rebuilding of inner strength.

No prior meditation or horse experience is needed—just a willingness to pause and be present.
