This is a picture of Boo Kitty today. She enjoys napping, eating and playing like a maniac. We just love her.
Boo Kitty has retired from her life as a solitary barn cat. She now resides inside the house with the rest of her new family.
Boo Kitty's Bio
We are told that Boo Kitty is about 11 years old. When we arrived, she was living in the barn. She absolutely loved the horses and Paisley right away. She was extremely friendly and loving. I've always wanted a cat that wasn't afraid of the horses!!
One thing we noticed though is that Boo Kitty had a hematoma in one ear and appeared to have ear mites. We whisked her off to the vet to have the hematoma lanced (and some stitches put in to help the ear heal) and the ear mites dispatched. Because she had the hematoma so long, her left ear will always droop. That's what you see in the picture above. It doesn't seem to bother her, and we think she is beautiful.
